I've got a pimple on my penis, like where the sac meets the shaft. I've had like, 3 before. I'm just wondering if anyone else gets pimples on their penis? Or am I just screwed?

I had one exactly where you're describing before, too. I don't think you have anything to worry about seeing as pimples are quite a natural thing.

it doesn't sound serious but you should see a doctor about that just to be safe.

It's where the shaft meets the head, right beneat the frenulum I think it's called.

Ever since I reached puberty, they slowly started forming and now there's like 3 or 4 and I don't like it. It looks unnatractive and I've tried to endure the pain and popping the puss out but it never breaks. I don't know what to do. Washing doesn't work either.

Mine are really tiny and too hard to burst. they king of look like the bases of the hairs on my sac only fatter. the couple that I have burst busted just like regular pimples. Really nasty. either everyone gets them or we all have the same disease. I'm too broke to get tested and I'm celibate for a couple of more years anyway. Please don't ask why. Nothing bad just really emotional.

What you describe sounds just like sebaceous glands. Do NOT try to pop them, even when it is possible. They will only inflame.

In the picture there is a whole patch of them, but often there are only few of them in various places.

I wouldn't really know, but is there a chance that it's not pimples? This kind of sounds like PPP (pearly penile papules). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hirsuti...aris_genitalis If not, good luck anyways.

Could be from the description, but those would be more around the glans, not on the frenulum. The sebaceous glands however are frequently "dense" around the frenulum. But also - PPP should NOT be popped.

If it's not PPP, it could be fordyce.

I've had/have fordyce spots, I've also had big oval shaped bumps on my penis, but when they pop blood comes out and a very little amount.
