Default Spanish Speakers

I feel stupid asking this because my spanish is really good, but I just can't quite figure out how to translate the phrase "What did I ever do to you?" grammatically, can anyone help me?

It's not that easy since in Spanish there's not an exact equivalent to 'ever', so you have to change the structure of the sentence. I think the phrase would be something like "¿Qué es lo que alguna vez te hice?", which sounds rather awkward to my ears. "¿Alguna vez te hice algo?" is not such a literal translation but it sounds more natural to me.

I agree with what Mysterons said for the second one. It certainly does sound more natural.

"¿Cuándo te hice algo?" is also "When did I do something to you?"
