in uncircumsized. just in the last week the head of my penis has been pink and quite itchy (really itchy!!!) and lol i dont think im masturbating too hard... i hardly have.. but once when i did there was a drop or so of blood and then i was noticing in the shower that the skin on the pink part was peeling slightly! is this just a minor thing that will heal itself??

I'm uncircumcised too, and a problem that can happen is that you can tear your frenulum during masturbation or sex. It's a lot scarier sounding than it actually is though. I tore mine a couple years back and it scared the living daylights out of me. That could be what happened, but it the problem doesn't resolve itself in a couple of days, go see a doctor.

One time, my penis was itchy and peeling. Or so I thought it was peeling, but it ended up being shower gel from anal sex I didn't have time to clean off the night before. Also, if you aren't circumsized, it could be an infection. Definitely get it checked out. You may need your skin chopped off =(

Any tearing of the frenulum would not make the glans "peel". You need to see a doctor with this, it sounds like a fungal infection to me (KaraBulut probably will be able to tell you more).

i might go to the doctor if it continues but its kinda embarassing and i dont even know if its that bad... the blood bit might be slightly misleading, there was just a tiny bit and i could have just hit some sensitive skin with a nail or something
and yeah im not sure if its the skin peeling or if its some sorta whitish coating and when i gently rubbed/peeled it off it was redder underneath. and this is on the smooth skin on the topside of the head, not near the frenulum
pretty much the main thing its its annoying and itchy
oh and also, im a complete virgin so i dont think it could be std

"White peeling"? This just could be smegma, but ... it shouldn't be itchy and looking red then. This is not a STD and nothing to be embarrassed about (not even a STD is). You can get a fungal infection almost everywhere, and especially in "moist" places

. Don't wait .. if it spreads it gets harder to cure.

Dry, cracked, peeling skin- a bit red and tender in spots? Probably a fungal infection. See your doctor. There's a creme that you can apply that usually clears it up.

Fungus likes warm, moist areas on the skin and fungal infections tend to increase in the summer or if you're working out and get sweaty, etc.

This assumes that you're able to retract your foreskin to clean and then dry the area after your shower. Fungal infections can be a problem with guys who can't pull back their foreskin to clean the head of the penis and remove any smegma. If you're having problems with pulling your foreskin back, then talk with your doctor about this also.

its not dry and cracked
its kinda a red rash type thing and there are small dots but i think i found out what it is (according to a trusty google search): thrush. which makes sence because ive recently been on a course of antibiotics

The internet isn't a reliable doctor, and it can't diagnose you and give you prescriptions. Just make an appt. to see one =)

Thrush is a fungal infection caused by Candida albicans.

Candida will often clear up on its own. If it's bothering you, then see your doctor for an antifungal medication.

get over the embarrassment, doctors are in the profession to help people, and everything is confidential with them. they are to be ready to see these kinds of things, same with nurses in hospitals.
