Since then, my bowel movements have been EXTREMELY painful, and hurts like hell to sit/stand/walk/do anything. There is some blood on the tissue when I wipe. Please tell me I just overdid it, and it'll go away in a day or two. It's not constant pain, and it's pretty much just around the hole. Is there anything I can use on it? I have been using Tucks pads but they aren't doing much good. |

If it's still really sore after a day or two you should get it checked, but most likely you haven't done any lasting damage. Your body's ability to repair itself is pretty remarkable. ![]() |

You can find it at the store in the same section as Tucks, usually labeled as "hemorrhoid cream". Taking hot baths can also help speed up the healing process. |

Just take it easy for the next week or so, and never ever skimp on lube ever again. ![]() Lex |

You could try using a gentle stool softener until the situation improves. If your still having issues in a few days get it checked. Otherwise, don't worry too much about it. |
