A lot of people have difficulty admitting they are depressed so you're not alone. You don't need to say *why* you're depressed if you're gay/bi and not out... just tell her you're feeling really bad and would like some help. Also, the Trevor helpline at 1-866-488-7386 is a great free resource to talk to someone who cares and will listen. You can also contact me or any of the EC advisor team and we can help also. I know it's tough right now, but there will come a time, hopefully very soon, where you will see a lot more light ahead and be past the depressed feelings.  |
