So, I ordered a packy from LolaJake... it was not custom-colored, it was one of the "natural" colors that as far as I can tell just require wrapping it up and shipping it.

... Here's the problem. I placed my order on the 29th of December. Around January 9th, I started getting nervous because supposedly it only takes a week to ship it... but I was e-mailing them to ask WHEN I should expect it because my neighborhood is VERY bad with mail and I wanted to know when I could expect it.

I e-mailed the sales dept, and they replied on the 11th stating that they had sent me an e-mail asking for the color I wanted. Uh, first of all, I didn't get any e-mail; I got one e-mail from them confirming the purchase and one e-mail from paypal. Secondly, the color of the packy was listed on the sale receipt THEIR company sent me. I brought both of those points up, but said what color I wanted anyhow. Their only reply was pretty much "thanks we'll e-mail you when it's ready to go".

Fast-forward to the 20th. Still nothing. No e-mail. No packy. Keep in mind, their own website says they pack it up and ship it, and it should arrive in a week after the order:

"Once your order is placed and has cleared Paypal.com, we will ship it out the following day. Expect delivery within 1 week from date of order."

I am very, very nervous. So I sent them another e-mail on the 20th asking the same question... when can I expect this purchase to be here.

No reply as of yet.

I'm wondering if I have good reason to start getting frustrated. This is something I ordered nearly a month ago, and the service I have been getting is... IMO... terrible. Is it just me? Because frankly I am damn tempted to ask for a refund, if I don't get any word by the 29th. It shouldn't take a month to get something when the website itself promises it within a week. This order was over $120; I am not made of money.

I could have taken that elsewhere and gotten something far cheaper, far faster.

Thoughts on what I should do?

what exactly did you buy?? from the way you explained it (bad part of town, expensive package, how you bought it, etc.) it sounds like drugs... i would call any numbers listed.. and i that doesn't work, DEMAND A REFUND!!!! and if they say no...

first you flip out

then an epic battle

then they will be

Uhm, maybe I should have explained. LolaJake is a place where you order prosthetic penises. It's mostly for transguys. That's what a packy is. The site says to expect it within a week... it's been almost a month. Just wondering if I should be complaining yet.
