| Posting Anonymously Posts: 34,191 Join Date: Dec 2007 | So.....here's my embarassing issue that maybe somebody else can help with and I'm dead serious. My balls sweat A LOT. As in, sometimes I glance down to see if I'm 'pitting out' in my pants - I'm not joking. To make things worse I'm Sicilian; so, I have naturally oily skin which gives me a general 'sticky' feeling when I sweat. I'm miserably uncomfortable and shower twice daily to ensure cleanliness but it's not enough. I started using Monkey-butt powder, but the formula made me ichy. I switched to mentholated Gold Bond but that only lasts a couple hours and I can smell the menthol; so, I assume others can too. I've tried 'Balla' powder, but it irritated me like the Monkey Butt powder. In addition to being a pain in the ass, I'm sure that should I ever meet somebody and have a spontaneous moment that these powders will be a bit of a turn off if things turn toward sex - especially oral. I've tried shaving everything but that didn't help and I just got all prickly instead. I'm embarassed to ask, but any suggestions? |

However its less as I get older. As for me and any intimate moments, it has never caused any dismay on the part of the other person. Sweat acts like a natural lubricant and my active glands have made some evenings very exciting hehehe. That and lube can make a nice combo. When it comes to times of intimacy; it's more than just sex, it's an expression which also includes talking with someone while you are petting or whatever. I have said before, "I am sweating a lot, aren't I?" and it has never caused a problem. In public life, People never said I smelled like Gold Bond but maybe they just never said anything. If it's serious, you can always go to a doctor for your active glands, they might recommend a change of diet or medication. But what it comes down to is YOU, realize that you are the person who I would be interested in, sweat glands and all. And you are much more than just a body. You are the guy I want to be with; personality, interests, hopes and fears, and our physicality is just another part of who we are. Last edited by Sunsetting; 31st Jan 2012 at 05:03 AM.. |

If so, just know that this isn't uncommon at all at that age. When I was 19 or 20, my sweat glands just went insane on me. My underarms and underwear would get soaked just walking around on a warm day...and I wasn't even anywhere that humid. It took frequent showers and applications of baby powder just to keep things in check. But after a year or two, they somehow settle down, and I no longer have any problem with them.In the meantime? I think you're handling it right. Trying out various things, seeing what works. You might try baby powder if you haven't already. And if spontaneous sex happens, just suggest that you start out in the shower. ![]() Lex |
