Me and my girlfriend are going out at school. But my girlfriend had a male friend who she hangs around a lot. I hate his guts. Today she sat down and he sat down NEXT to her before I could, and we have been publicly going out for SEVEN months. I wish he wouldn't do this. I know she wouldn't touch him but she talks to him in a flirty way without realising it. He hates me and I swear he doesn't want me going out with her. I get extremely jealous whenever they talk. And the rude thing is- He talks OVER me to her, but when he pauses for over two seconds and I tell her something, he makes a snide comment about how I shouldn't but in, when I take a breath. He is the most egotystical asshole I have ever met. And he will kill me from a one-on-one conversation with her and then make his own. I WISH HE WASN'T HERE!!! Why can't he just go away! He wants to leave school so why doesn't he get a traineeship and leave? I swear he is going to go too far one day.

Do you feel confident in your relationship?
Have you talked to her about how you're feeling?

You should really talk to your girlfriend, express your feelings about the situation. You're not being overly jealous, I don't think.

But, honestly, in these sorts of situations, communication is key.
