If one were to get one, are there physical give aways? Also, how much would such a thing cost? What exactly do they do surgically? |

It is much easier to construct a functioning, realistic-looking vagina using penile tissue that responds to pleasure than it is to construct a working penis. Most post-op MtFs fully recuperate after a few months to a year and are capable of orgasm. |

Are you just curious, or is there a specific "direction" you're interested in? Like, MTF or FTM? Prices vary, as does what happens during surgery, depending on which surgery is being done.
