Default windows at night

is anyone else overly paranoid about someone seeing them through their windows at night? i bought thicker curtains but i'm afraid of someone seeing me making out with a guy through the sliver of light that remains from the outside view!?

I think it would only be vague shadows that people can see from the outside so really, they wouldn't be able to tell if it was 2 guys making out.

Oh my gosh.. so much!! One time I couldn't stop thinking about it and I ended up sleeping on the floor right beside my bed outside of the view of my window...

Another thing was that I would get really paranoid about this same thing while I was in the basement of my old house and that would prevent me from running as night time was the only time I typically had to run..

I would say I agreed with you for awhile. But now, I almost want that sliver to bleed through... (I'm a bit of an exhibitionist though, so...)

I think that it would be really hard to make out what sex the people are. You might see two shadows, but it would be really hard to say "those are two guys making out!"

As long as your curtains are dark, I don't think that this would be too much of a problem.

Well, since I live at my parents house... all I really have is this one window in my room and it overlooks a nice hillside Its also on the second floor but there is a roof so a few times, there are people like RIGHT outside but never at night. However.... to be honest, I wouldn't mind about slivers and sheers of light peeking. Like my dream house would have TONS of windows... hopefully a wall of glass anyways, its not like someone is going to stand outside and start looking into your house...

OH... MAI... GAWSH...

No no no no no no no! DX Windows at night SCARE ME. I used to always have nightmares about being watched at night by a man in a suit (i think it was slenderman... o_e) and other creepy figures. Ever sense, I cannot bring myself near windows at night. Especially at my house... we have a lot of windows I have to walk by to get to my room, and they all face one lightpost (across the street). I swear, it's like something you'd see in a scary movie. ( ono)

But I wouldn't be too concerned about that... if you need to, do it on the second floor. XD Problem equals solved. ( .w.)b

I'm kinda paranoid about it. I got wood blinds with the cloth tapes over the holes and ordered them to fit in each window with minimum gaps at each side. I've still considered getting some curtains for the bedroom, also I think they'd look nice. Not that I'll ever have a guy to fool around with, but no one needs to see me fooling around with my kinky self.
