Default Questioning and stuck

I've been questioning a lot recently...and I'm stuck. I can't seem to get my head around the idea that I might actually like girls, that this might be a real thing that will affect my life. To myself, I'm still identifying as straight. Identifying as anything other than straight is a massive mental leap which my brain really doesn't want to make. My mind keeps throwing up all these reasons to explain why I'm really straight, to the point where I don't know whether to believe them or not. I really don't want to get rid of my identity as straight, and that means that I'm looking at this from a really biased point of view, which is stopping me from reaching a conclusion. What would be enough, to show that at the very least you aren't 100% straight? I'm finding it pretty much impossible to think of myself as not-straight, and honestly if I am then I think I'd need a bit of a push to do so.

I didn't want your post to go unanswered so Hello

IT sounds like you are open to the possibility you might not be straight but you're looking for reassurance that you are.

I can onlu suggest you use the internet to look up tests like the Kinsey Test.

You have to answer the questions HONESTLY about whether you can imagine yourself in this situation or that.

It might give you a starting point to work from.

There really are a lot of people who can see themselves with either gender, which might seem confusing, but human sexuality is complicated and sometimes there is no cut-and-dried answer.

You might try contacting Ianthe, an advisor, directly - she might be able to point you in the right direction of finding some answers.
