Recently I've realized that when my foreskin is retracted the left side of the foreskin is kind of red and swollen it doesn't hurt and I don't recall injuring it in any way. This was about 2 days ago and I decided it would probably go away in a bit and stopped masturbating in case it was some kind of injury and went away. Today I retracted my foreskin to check on it and it looked the same but on the left side of the head, there were these red marks that looked like scratches, now again they don't hurt when I touch them but they got me slightly worried. Also there is no chance it is an STI of any sort as I'm not sexually active and I hadn't been doing anything abnormal before these things started appearing except for masturbating. Any idea what this could be?

I noticed something similar near my glans. Not swollen, but scratch-like marks. Upon further examination, they were little fuzzies from my underwear. Looked exactly like scratches, no exaggeration. Have you tried washing throughly just to be sure?

Try washing a little better.. Don't use harsh soaps as that may be causing an irritation. Have you switched brands of soap recently? Also, ease up on the masturbation lol.

OP here. No new soaps or cleaning methods, and I'm always really clean down there which is probably why this has me so worried to be honest. It looks about the same today as it did yesterday and still doesn't hurt.
