I normally listen to Saga 105.7FM (soon to become Smooth Radio following a take-over). You can listen online from here http://www.saga.co.uk/1057fm/pages/index.asp though I don't think it works if you have a non-UK IP address. They play a good selection of music "from the last six decades and today", have presenters that don't shout at you or have massive egos, and treat their listeners like intelligent adults.

I normally listen to Saga 105.7FM (soon to become Smooth Radio following a take-over).
The take-over and rebranding to Smooth Radio has absolutely ruined the station. :( Different music, presenters following the script with no expression, everything faster paced.... It is obviously intended to sound "slick" but I think it sounds lifeless and characterless. On one UK radio discussion forum it is now being called "Snooze Radio".
Currently I am listening to Classic Hits (http://www.classichits.co.uk/) on AM, which plays a good variety of music but suffers from the inevitable poor sound quality of AM. They should be on FM later this year though.

The only radio station I will listen to is the local university station, TUKS FM.
It is the only station that plays proper music around where I live.

I haven't listened to FM radio once since I bought my car in July, since it has XM in it. On XM, I listen to channel 82 (The System) quite a bit.
