Have you seen it? Did you like it? Know what I'm even talking about?

I rented Friends With Money today, and I must say it was way different than I thought it would be, but pleasantly.

Maybe it was my mood at the time, but I loved it. Movies like this normally piss me off, but I liked how real and comfortable it was; without being creepy.

My mom hated that there was no real ending, and I loved that part. It technically had an ending, as far as being a proper story goes, but it wasn't one neat little package. It was life, in 88 minutes.

The characters were all real enough, and so depressingly happy with their unsatisfying lives, it just made me laugh. I found 'feel good' in this movie when I was least expecting it.

If you want a peek at shrouded content resolve in the mundane aspects of life, I suggest this movie.

Any comments if you've seen it?

Recent hype has gotten me curious so it's on my slot for next weekend. While we wait, how bout a quick summary of the plot? Minus spoilers if possible.

A drama about three married women(Catherine Keener, Joan Cusack, Frances McDormand), their husbands, and their lone single friend (Jennifer Aniston).

Basically they're all kind of in various ruts... It's not the most exciting movie, the spoilers are really what make it good, so you'll have to be pleasantly surprised like I was :)
