So, I went out tonight, to Alexander as usual... where I was supposed to take pics of Collette and of the club for the magazine. (see thread under "Full Spectrum Magazine Discussions")

She didn't show up.

The club was pretty much empty (they had planned it to be really full)

I hit on a cute guy and he turned me down in (nearly) the worst possible way.

The last time I went to the disco/party night at our local gay pub it was almost empty. Normally there are about 70-100 people there (which may not sound much but it fills the place pretty well), that night there were less than 10 of us and by midnight it was empty.

These things happen sometimes. People just don't go out that evening for their own reasons, and the evening is a flop. Most likely though the next one will be packed!

It is annoying when you have paid to get there and paid to get in, and more-so when someone you agreed to meet doesn't show up. There's nothing you can do about it though. Wait for the next one, which will definitely be better.
