a lot of young people can be hard-headed but that's because we mostly don't know what we're talking about lol.... and when someone does a proper explanation we open up more to the subject...


I find that older people... tend to be more... narrow minded when it comes to such stuff and they keep their ideas curved in stones... so to speak

I agree!
Like it's ridiculously hard to prove stuff to "elders" I think at one point they feel that they've been around the block so they know everything; so untrue.

Fortunately and unfortunately no one knows everything.

I seem to meet a lot more "close-minded Baptist conservative elders" here in the South, but I don't doubt that there are open-minded non-religious liberals here, too. There do seem to be more narrow-minded elders, but it seems like the younger generation is the one I would describe as "hard-headed".
