yes they do, there is a member with a crawling bug on the forum somewhere.

The maximum size for a signature image is 100 pixels high by 500 pixels wide, and file size 64k.

That makes me think EC runs on a server based on MS-DOS 1.0.

No, it runs on Debian Linux with Apache and slightly out of date versions of PHP and MySQL (though the security updates will be backported).

All that appears to be in your signature is "Master chief is pretty sexy for a pixelated image.". No images or anything.
It's visible in the above post.

Maybe it was too big and got rejected when you uploaded it, but you didn't notice the error message?
