weird dreams

i'm not sure
u'll probly think i'm crazy but anyway..............
sum nites i can barely sleep.its like a dream but i'm awake & i'll be sat up in bed & thinkin that the ppl & things in my dream are in my room & i cant lie down & things
i duno how else to explain it
if i go to lie down i kinda snap out & wake up a bit to prop myself bk up
its dead weird

I used to get that [almost] exact thing when I was younger. I started listening to music when I was trying to go to sleep, on my computer on a playlist so it would play past when I feel asleep but then shut off automatically.
try that. music seems to take my mind of stuff like that.
