Ceate Homepage Blocked

I keep clicking on the create your homepage link, but once I click it it denies me acces because it says


Zaurak, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

OK, let us know if you have any more problems.

If you only just reached 10 posts, you could have had to wait for a while (up to 15 minutes) for your permissions to get updated.

Also the developer was on here earlier fixing a couple of bugs, so that may have affected things briefly.
