Hey peeps,

During tomorrow I will be doing an inspection of chat using my dupe account and this one. I do random tests throughout the month with my dupe account but only test certain things. As chat seems to have a bad temper I will be inspecting everything once a month as well as carrying on the minor checks. This is to allow me to report any problems back to the admins and mods so that they are aware of any new bugs, or incase anything needs repairing.

The minor checks I do can be completeled whilst chat is open, but the main inspection I do will require me to close chat for a while. This is to make sure that anything I do isn't being affected by another members presence, and it also avoids people getting pissy because messages are alerting them every time I do something. I also need to have access to the chatlogs without having conversations and PM's mixed in with my activity in there.

The check itself will probably take about an hour depending on how fast I can get it sorted and whether any problems appear. I can't say for sure when it will be done tomorrow as it will depend on any college work I get, but I will try and get it sorted as easily on as possible to prevent any discussions being halted during Europe peak time.

Tomorrow or Friday is the only days I will be able to do it. Next week I will be dealing with coursework for college, and I have to spend the weekend doing the essays and coursework that I should be doing on that Monday when I am out all day. Friday is usually busier as the weekend is starting to kick in, so I have decided to do it tomorrow instead.

I'll keep you all updated of any changes though. For now it's just an advanced warning.

Not all the work has been complete. The only remaining bits are things that need Paul to do, and as he isn't around it will need to be done another time. This may result in chat being closed temporarily next time he is available to do it. It won't take long though if it does need closing for the work.
