Hey I'm So Bored, So if you have any random tidbits about your day you would like to share, or anything cool happened to you today then please post them. Because....Ya then we can keep up with and know each other better:P

- I smacked myself in the face with a flute (OW ACCIDENT) I was bleeding all over:P
- Got 2nd place in triple jump at our track meet today
- My sister got lemon pajama pants...What? They were cool
- I told another friend i was gay, she said..."Does this mean we can talk abuot hot guys now?" HAHA i said yes:P

Won a swimming relay race, got to watch 3 awesome movies in school today, and I got an A on a big test. :)

I got an A+ on a chemistry test, I installed Ubuntu Linux on my PC and I was surprised by its speed, and I nearly told another person about me being bi.

Oh, and I had a bad argument with my mom. Like always.

My web server was down for over an hour, due to a problem at the hosting company. I hate things like this because there is nothing I can do other than wait for them to fix it. Meanwhile the eCommerce sites on it are obviously not taking any money, and the commission from the sales on those is my main income. So that was a bit frustrating!

I also went to the opticians this morning for an eyesight test. My eyesight is a bit worse than when it was last tested three years ago, so I needed new glasses. These were prepared (two pairs, new lenses in my current frames) in just over an hour. I just need glasses for reading and using the computer etc. Distance vision is fine so I don't need glasses for driving.

A copy of Mac OS-X 10.4 that I bought on eBay arrived today. However it's an upgrade pack (from 10.3) not a full version as advertised, so that's another eBay member I will probably end up arguing with. The Mac (Powerbook G4 Titanium 400MHz) only has 10.0, and I only want to use it for checking that my websites work OK with Safari.

Oh, and I actually had to do a bit of moderating here today. A new member posted full contact details with name, address and phone number looking for a hook-up, so I deleted it and send him a PM. Thanks for the member who told me about it (you know who you are). :)

I came out to my second brother today, it was the easiest one yet!
He was eyeing up some girls and said to me 'wow they're fine', and I replied 'well I wouldn't know, I'm gay' and that was that.
Also my boss baked a chocolate brownie with cheesecake inside it for me today... it was pretty gross, but when the boss makes it you HAVE to eat it...

Some good news today, following on from yesterday's events:

My web server was down for over an hour, due to a problem at the hosting company. I hate things like this because there is nothing I can do other than wait for them to fix it. Meanwhile the eCommerce sites on it are obviously not taking any money, and the commission from the sales on those is my main income. So that was a bit frustrating!

The hosting company explained the outage (I won't bore you with details but it was a network issue that affected all servers in that data centre). The downtime was worse than the hosting company's guaranteed service uptime, so we are getting a refund of one month's hosting.

Oh yes, it turns out that we can get wireless broadband at the office where I work, from a wireless system in a village two miles away. The office is too far away for ADSL so we have been using a hopeless Vodafone "3G broadband" router piece of junk. The wireless link will be installed tomorrow - fingers crossed that it works.

Also, the Inland Revenue have now agreed that I do not need to pay a £100 penalty for failing to register for National Insurance on time, because I did try to register and their local office was useless.

So a day full of good news for me! :) :icon_bigg

Today is the last day of school, so we went crazy together. Me and my flock brought to school all kindas of sodas, then mixed them up together: coke, mountaindew, fruit punch, root beer (eeeewwwieeeee), they said it tasted so bad, I thought it tastedlike medicine, I hate drugs!

Then we stood together under the rain and took a good shower, and I carried myself wet to class.

I stabbed myself today cuz I dint know the pencil's cap got a big hole

My World History gave me 16 + 1 Loli Pop for being the 1st one finished the puzzle, I should teel her I'm 18

I worked today planting flowers all around the nursing home and I was in the garage filling the pots when a woman came up and asked if she could have the bag of bottles she saw right next to me. (In Maine when you buy any drink in a bottle you have to pay an extra five cents, then if you return it after you use it, they give back the five cents) Any ways, the woman comes into the garage and said that she normally walks the sides of the roads picking bottles up to pay for her medications, but her mother just died and is being buried tomorrow, and she wanted the bottle money to buy flowers for the grave:icon_sad: . I was like, ‘holy shit, what do I say?’ so I told her that I didn’t have any say in the matter (very true, no say whatsoever.) but I was kind of stuck because I didn’t want to leave her alone in the garage because there are a lot of valuables, but I needed to go get the administrator:bang: . In the end the boss came out and told her no, she couldn’t have them because we are a nonprofit organization and the bottle money was needed for activities. I felt like a horse’s ass and I wanted to at least give her some money, but I don’t have enough for myself, let alone give it away:confused: . That was kind of depressing, and after the woman left the boss came over to me and said, “Look on the bright side, I promoted your mother today!:thumbsup: ” Is that supposed to brighten my day after telling a woman she can't put flowers on her mother's grave?

We had a street dedication in honor of CPT Riley Leroy Pitts, a Vietnam war hero, then we had the inactivation ceremony for a battalion that's been around since the 50's, filed stories & photos on both events for newspapers and web sites, and my weekly tv show is on the air (just powerpoint slides).

Ah yes, and the Maroon 5 album should be in my mailbox. They are awesome! :icon_bigg (!)

Well the wireless broadband link was installed at work today and it works very well. Mac OS X 10.4 arrived from Amazon so I'll be installing that tomorrow.

I got some more paperwork from the Revenue and Customs, one of which appears to be a bill for something I have already paid, so I need to call them next week.

Markie had his car serviced today. Expensive unfortunately as he needed two new tyres, and new front brake disks and pads.

It's a public holiday weekend so no work on Monday! :) It looks like it's going to be cold and wet all weekend though. :(

Yesterday I installed Mac OS X 10.4 on an old-ish PowerBook, so I can check my websites work and look OK on Safari and other Mac browsers.

Today I was up early (for a Sunday) to do major updates on the two eCommerce websites I run, while it is quiet (early Sunday morning is a good time for this as it's the quietest time for orders). I dunno what else I'll be doing today (I haven't even had breakfast yet).
