Same exact thing happens to me. When I relax my face muscles, I look angry. So when I'm walking through the halls in my school without a thought in the world, and I accidentally miss a wave, people think I'm angry and ignoring them. And they're constantly asking me what's wrong. So if I do see someone, I always flash a little smile. And some leg. ;D

I do this all the time on bus rides. Sometimes I'll listen to music, but because everyone is so used to me having the earphones in, I could very easily just put them in and not turn the music on. Listen to people talk instead. Which I do.

I hate shoes as well and I would too, even during the winter if I could, but being able to includes being cold resistant... All summer, especially when we're camping I go barefoot the whole time, then I have to go to a soccer game with knee high socks, cleats, and shin pads and it feels horrible... By the end of summer, the skin is so tough because at the one campsite we always go to, and many others, there are walking/running trails through the woods with lots of pine needles and pebbles and rocks and I try to run the whole trail once every morning and evening... Unfortunately after winter I have to build them up again...
