so yeah i went to the NYC gay pride parade today with my boyfriend, his twin and our lesbian friend and it was awesome! soo many gay people concentrated in one area. afterwards we wandered around the city and my boyfriend and I held hands the entire time while walking around. although we did get a couple strange looks from people, not a single person made a direct remark at us. i actually ran into a couple of people i know from my school (some odds in a huge city...) and that will probably speed up my coming out process quite a bit....

Wow, that's cool! My (straight) friend wants to see HomoRevolution (http://myspace.com/homorevolution) if it ever comes near us for the music, but I'm not so crazy about the music. Sounds like you had fun though :D And that guy is sexy :)

That sounds so fun!

I marched in the pride parade in Portland last weekend, and it was really cool. There isn't a huge population of GLBTQ people in Maine, but they all came out for the parade. I love Maine. :D

And yeah, Steve Sandvoss is soooo hot. I've got a bunch of his pics in my gallery.

Wuts the Q for?

Some say Questioning, some say Queer. Either way it works.

Yay! finally someone else who puts on the Q. that's really exciting...though really shouldn't be.

And that's awesome about nyc pride...it must have been amazing to be part of such a huge celebration of sexuality, probably only trumped by San Francisco's. I have no idea when DC's pride is/was. oh well, it's probably be more a political extravaganza than anything else...

I wish I could have gone... but I have to place Work first. There's no taking days off in the military :(. Especially not for a Pride event.
