In my area, a gay guy was a victim of a hate crime and is now brain-dead, with no hopes to live. It ges to me in the heart, because he suffered :icon_sad: for being gay.....
........only because someone didn't like him because of his sexual orientation.........:icon_sad:

why?

Omgosh! Thats awful! Its awful to kill hurt anyone for ANY reason, but for their sexual preferences is just...STUPID!

Thats so messed up. Thats one of the reasons the Military scares me, if I they ever found out, some of soldiers here, even my unit, are sickeningly homophobic. Which is one of the reasons, I really don't like being apart of the organization, even though I am proud to serve.

Stuff like this is just so sickening. I feel so sorry for the guy and his friends and family. :(

Are people that insecure that they have to go as far as to kill others just for being different?

good god!!! i hate to hear about things like this happening. It deeply sadens me as well as fill me with pure frustration and anger...and even hate! sadly. I absolutely HATE how stupid and narrow-minded these assholes can get!
