So I came out to two of my friends I met online today. I feel so good. but it's still just a start. One of them is making me feel very good, because he's asking me a lot of questions, and I'm able to answer them all. Oh, and they were both VERY good about it.

Coming out to online friends is good practice for coming out to your in-person friends and family.

Good for you!! Coming out to people is by no means an easy task, even if they are online friends. And as Becky said, it is good practice (I should have thought of that).

Félicitations! Congrats!

As everyone else has said it makes it a little easier to come out to other people because of the practice and confidence it gives you, I know it made it easier for me after I came out to my friends on Xbox Live to tell my real life friends.

UPDATE: I am officially as out of the closet as I want to be, for a while at least. I told my step-brother, who was the person I wanted most to tell. He took it well. He actually found out by himself, looking through my internet history.
