I'd like to inform you that Full Spectrum's board of directors has decided to set the deadline for content to be submitted for publication on Full Spectrum release 1.0, on December 26th, 2007, 23:59 GMT.

Guess today's the day, then. What time today is the deadline? The beginning of the 26th? The end of the 26th? And based on what timezone?
