Im curious, cause I consider myself a bad kisser, but haven't received a complaint yet.
But its funny though, out of all the people i've kissed it was actually a girl who was the best (and im gay lol) so yeah..
Lets see what the input is!

I've only even kissed one person (it's was a girl, actually), but she said I was pretty good.

I don't know. I've only kissed one person before (a girl, before i realized i was gay), and I never asked her how I was. I doubt I'm superb, but I doubt I'm horrible.
Some more experience probably wouldn't hurt...

I've only made out with one person, and that was when we were both horribly drunk, so I don't remember it too well. From what I can recall though, we were both pretty awful, but I think I'd have to kiss someone when I'm sober to judge if I'm good or not.

I'm a good kisser. =] I like to try interesting things while I do it as well. Watching a few pornos gives you ideas too.
I've honestly never kissed a guy thats been bad at it too. Kissing is hot.

I've been told (really) that I'm a good kisser.
I once was involved with this boy who according to him had never done anything with anyone and OMFG he was the best kisser ever! So sometimes people are good without any practice.
With one boyfriend I had, I had to teach him how to kiss because he was really sucky at it. We used to joke about it.
Another guy I dated thought that being a good kisser meant trying to devour the other person's face in his slobbery mouth. That was... not that great.

I've only kissed/made out with one other person, and she was/is considerably more experienced in the relationship department than I was/am. Whenever we would kiss I was always worried that I was bad but she assured me I was one of the better people she'd kissed, but I still don't think of myself as good

Now, is there a checklist somewhere that tells you what you need to do to be a good kisser? I wouldn't mind taking a look at it.
Hmm, do any of our more "experienced" members have any suggestions of things to do?

I've only kissed 3 people so far. One of them only one time, the other one a few times over the course of a night, the other one a couple of more times over the course of a week... Every time I felt like I could do much better, so I think I need to practice more, I just don't have anyone to .... practice on
Oh and all 3 of them girls of course. I'm sorry, but I'm tired of kissing girls and feeling nothing. I really want to kiss a guy now...it's like my most important short-term priority...yes, short-term!!!
I don't know if I'm a good kisser...

Do not try to eat the other person's face.
Both people kind of have to tilt their faces in opposite directions, otherwise your noses bump and grind--which can happen later if the kissing gets more intense.
Don't jam your tongue in the other person's mouth as a starting move...
The more I think about it, good kissing is always something that develops--it starts off simple and sweet and then gets more and more intense.
Hope some of that helps in some kind of way.

Yeah I have no idea either. It's actually kinda scary to think I'll be 22 soon and have never kissed anyone.
I'll probably be bad at it though because I'll be so nervous.

I was 25 before I had a serious relationship and did any serious kissing. You'll catch on quick enough - no worries!

To be able to answer this challenging question, I guess I would have to kiss someone (preferably a guy).
Curse me for wasting my time sulking about myself being gay, when I could've at least gone out with girls just to get myself started on the "dating cruise"

Eh, you didn't miss much. I dated a girl before I realized I was gay, an it was pretty uncomfortable for me. It's like, she wants you to kiss and make out with her, but you have no feelings for her.
Depending on what type of gal friends you have, you could always try practicing with them (i have one that would be willing to make out with me, though she knows i'm gay. i still don't have any desire to do so, but she'll be there if i ever do).

That happened with me too and I was feeling really uncomfortable. But at least I had some kissing practice  Not too much though... And she still doesn't know why I broke up with her because previously I told her that I thought she was hot and that I liked her  I didn't lie about the second part.

You liked her as a friend, or as a lover?
The girl I just talked about, that I dated, I'm still great friends with. Since I'm home from college, I'll probably go out to lunch again with her, sometime next week. However, I have no desire whatsoever to kiss her, again. Or at least, pretend that we're anything more than good friends.

I liked her as a friend. I was not attracted to her at all. But I really wanted to have a girlfriend (mostly because everybody seemed to have one and because I wanted to prove to myself that if I met the right girl, all those 'gay feelings' would go away).
I'm still friends with her and as a matter of fact about 2 years after I ended our relationship, she told me that she still liked me and wanted to go out with me again. I felt really awkward because I said no and I couldn't give her an explanation. I still wasn't out to anyone (not even myself, so to speak).
Oh and I also had no desire to kiss her, in fact it was like....well it felt nice physically but I had no feelings.

Well, getting SOME experience with dating is better than nothing. At least then I'd have a few ideas on what to do/not do if I'm ever going to be in a date

Ok, true.
Well, one suggestion for learning what to do/not to do would to make a topic here, and see what suggestions others have. If you don't want people to know who you are, you could make it in this forum.

Yeah, I know what you mean. FIrst kisses can be a little nerve racking (to put it lightly). And, just because I've kissed a girl, doesn't mean it's going to be a lot easier when I finally find a guy...

I practiced with my girlfriend (girl who's a friend) at my birthday party because we were bored.. It was my first full on make out... thing (I mean with tongue and everything). She said I wasnt bad. :icon_wink
But I'm sure more practice wouldnt hurt
She knows i'm gay btw. It was just for fun.

i was at a bar with a friend of mine and 2 girls...and even thou im gay i was kissing the 2 girls...and i have to say...some girls just cant kiss at all...this girl was doing these small lil bird kisses like she was pretending to kiss her lil puppy dog on the mouth..she would even hold both of my cheeks as if i were her lil puppy dog...it was such a big turn off...i could only get the tip of my tongue in her mouth...she was a horrible kisser....but at a friends cabin i was kissing this girl and she was better ...my favorite kiss is a long lazy sensual kiss all tongue in mouth all around the inside of mouth...no lil bird kisses...i have still yet to kiss a boy :icon_sad:

The first guy I ever made out told me I was a bad kisser. Funny thing is, I always thought HE was the shitty kisser!
After that, the people I made out with told me (and told others) that I'm a really good kisser.
