Full Spectrum Release Candidate 1 released

I'm happy to announce that the first (and hopefully only) release candidate of Full Spectrum 1.0 "Sirius" has been made available to select EC members (i.e. Paul_UK) for them to check it out and point out any possible mistakes.

If everything goes as planned, Full Spectrum 1.0 will be released on January 1, 2008.

I have seen most of the articles over the last couple of weeks, basically to check there is nothing problematic in there with regard to the EC Code of Conduct etc. I have also been looking at the release candidate today. There are some excellent articles in there, and a lot of variety too. Plus the presentation is superb.

There were no problems with the release candidate, so I see no reason why it won't be released as planned tomorrow - assuming there are no delays with the last couple of bits Fred is waiting for.
