With that said, Dresden Dolls are on the "Safe Music" list, and they have a song titled "Sex Changes." It includes these lyrics: "Of course i love you and of course it's what's inside that matters."

As others have implied, it seems the people who compiled these lists don't know what they're talking about.

I'm curious as to how these lists were made. Was it from the trends of the artists' fans, the artists themselves, or a combination?
