Vitamin E creams are supposed to reduce the appearance of stretch marks. I haven't tried any personally therefore couldn't recommend using any particular type. The key though is in the wording... "reduce the appearance of". I would say that there is probably no inexpensive way to get rid of them.

Seems there is a holistic approach giving by Edgar Cayce in one of his "readings". For those of you who don't know this guy, he was called the the "sleeping prophet" and though most of his psychic readings were for health, also had many past histories of man as well as future predictions of things.
Anyway, I have had people try various recommendations from Edgar Cayce and overall with persistence and consistence, they seem to work. It takes about a year for scars to fade but you could try the below:
Equal parts: Olive oil, peanut oil and castor oil. mix and apply to the scars 2-3 times a day, every day.
Good luck.

When you say fade, what do you mean? Be unnoticeable?

Well mine used to very red and very noticeable and overtime they have faded to a lighter more natural like skin color....you can still see them espeacially in lighted areas, even maybe some good makeup to cover them up may be nice..... i mean i have thought about just trying out to be a model just for the hell of it but with these scars or stretch marks i don't think it will be received to welll...
