I feel like I'm the only one on here that still likes pokemon. This thread is to just talk about anything dealing with pokemon. Like the games, trading cards, shows, movies. Anything.

I still enjoy the games for GBA/DS a lot, and occasionally watch the show. It's not as great as it used to be, with what seems like 20492049 Pokemon, and the fact that they have new voice actors, but it's still OK.

Don't ever feel embarrassed about liking shows that seem childish. You're never too old to watch Pokemon =P I still enjoy watching the older seasons of Power Rangers :)

Pokémon!!!!!!!!!!!!! I still love the show and the game!!!!!!!!!!!! The first movie I actually went to see with my mum was the Pokémon movie, the first one that is, -___- man that's like years ago now. But yes I still loved Pokémon I still have my gameboy colour around somewhere but I also have the games on my computer. And as for the show that's the only reason I get out of bed before 8am on the school holidays!

Oh, and yes the old power rangers are 100,000,000,000,000,000,000 times better than tthe new ones, I had the belt buckle, with all the coins, and all the weapons I could get. Sadly being a child back then the only lasted a few years, they'd be awesome to have now though.

I hate to say it, but I was somewhat disappointed with the latest batch of pokemon. >.< Especially Bidoof. Me and my friends all hate it with a passion.
Piplup is adorable though, and I love Turtwig because it bites peoples' heads. And Leafeon can learn Ariel Ace, which rocks. I think they definitely could have made Palkia better looking though. >.<
But that won't stop me from buying the next game that comes out. ^_^;

And I have to agree, not many of the new Pokemon are very memorable. Pretty much only the starters and Bidoof because it's Diamond and Pearl's Zubat. As for favorites, I would need to find a list to remember which Pokemon are from which generation, but Squirtle is my all time favorite. (So excited he's playable in the next Smash Bros. :icon_bigg )

Lol well i havent played any pokemon game since like 6th garde but omg in elementary wow . i was a pokemon feind! I use to have ll the games and collect the cards i had this album full of holographics and rare pokemon cards including Lugia that bird one and i brung it to school and left my lunchbox open and it fell out ={ i still have some but what i do have is my prized collection of YU-GI-Oh cards and OMG IM pissed i had this like epicness rare card and my friends lil bro stole it and then magically they cant find it BULL SHIT!

I think the new series is disappointing. They've changed all the voice actors except for the ones that do Jessie and Meowth. I mean Ash sounds more like a girl. And they act like the other regions don't exist. And I am also disappointed in the new pokemon. I mean Chimchar so far is my favorite. I mean it's a monkey with it's butt on fire. That's just freakin hilarious.

I used to love Pokemon! Though I was only ever a fan of the original 150 Pokemon; after they started adding more I kind of lost interest. I used to play the Pokemon Blue version, too; and I have FireRed on my computer somewhere.

Charmander/Charmeleon/Charizard rocked my world. Coolest Pokemon ever.

I used to hate Misty. :P She neglected that poor Psyduck and think of how many rough spots it got her out of! I mean, it won that contest for her against Jessie and won her those dolls. And winning those dolls was like her childhood dream.
Psyduck owns.
My favorite changed so much that I don't think I ever really had one. I loved Pinsir though, because he was so under-appreciated. I never liked Pikachu all that much, oddly. Articuno was so pretty. And Staryu! <3
So, I have Pearl for the DS. And yes, I'm incredibly disappointed in the new Pokemon. I have all the Pokemon in that game though. From Bulbasaur to Arceus, all lined up in my PC in numerical order. And I have all but 3 of the 26 Unown variations.
*sigh*
I'm thinking of starting my game over, it's so boring now. :(

Edit: Me and all my friends make fun of Bidoof constantly. XD At least it gives it a way to be useful. :B

I haven't really watched the new season of Pokemon, but I loved the earlier seasons along with most all of the GB games. I can remember playing pokemon for hours on the GB and GBA :lol:

Yehh, modern things are never as good as the original=P But still yeh, still finding them awesome=)
Although, I must admit, I've always been more partial to the earlier digimon=3

I used to love it, I still get really nostalgic when I think about how much fun it was, especially the first time a wild Pikachu popped up on my screen :P Lately when I get up early for work I've been watching the new TV show, I'm not really familiar with the new Pokemon so it's not as good, but it's still enjoyable.

Anyway, I never made a Pokemon team in Gold/Silver without Ampharos!

Pokemon was uber fun. It still is in from time to time when I find a game and a gameboy and play. I rented the Wii game a couple weeks ago. All the new pokemon made it a bit confusing. And I suppose it would've been better if I had diamond and pearl to make my own team.

Favorite Pokemon of all time?
Eevee hands down. how can you deny a Pokemon soo cute,
that can evolve into, now 7, different Pokemon?

but above all, Umbreon pwns every Eevee evolution.
