I don't really have much of a desire to really go to gay night clubs that often, is that weird.

Just because you are gay, that doesn't mean you have to like gay pubs and clubs etc. Our tastes are as diverse as those of straight people, many of whom also don't like clubs.

So no, there is nothing wrong in not wanting to go clubbing whether gay or straight.

It's fine not to be into clubbing. There's also the possibility that you just haven't had very good experiences if you've been clubbing before. I.e. you could find that you enjoy more at some later stage in your life. Or not.

I just know I was VERY adverse to going clubbing when I first came out but I changed my mind and went pretty regularly for years... and now I don't go so much. It can change.

There's no problem with NOT wanting to go to a gay club. But don't knock it until you've tried it.

I went to one for the first time last Friday. I totally expected to feel like a fish out of water, but in fact I had a GREAT TIME!!! The crowd was actually pretty 'normal'... except that the place was 95% male, I'm not sure you'd have known that it was a 'gay' crowd! (Well - ok, maybe you would. )

But I had a really good time, as did my bf and my other friend. We danced the night away. But if that's not something you're really into doing, then don't worry about it. For me it was like a flashback to my university days (partly because it was 'classic' dance music they were playing!) and I loved going out on the weekends back in university.

But to each his own.
