View Full Version : Help Us Promote Full Spectrum!

A magazine is nothing if it doesn't have enough readers, or enough contributors - all the hard work is wasted if no one reads it.
As a not-for-profit community-based project, Full Spectrum relies on its community of readers for pretty much everything, including promotion and advertisement. You can contribute by directing friends and family to our web site www.fullspectrummagazine.com. If you are part of an organization, such as a GSA, you could also promote Full Spectrum there.
Always remember that Full Spectrum is heavily community-oriented, so everyone is welcome to contact us and join the team at any given time with pretty much any kind of contributions. We also welcome new projects to be developed under the Full Spectrum umbrella.
Thanks!

...and who is going to pay for them (sites expect to get income from the banner ads or they wouldn't include them)?

That is partly what I meant, I have zero money... I rely fully on the community and on free software to create Full Spectrum.

You could get some people to start posting banners on their myspace. That is if the feel comfortable with it.

Magazine for PSP (PlayStation Portable) are very popular now, with ones covering games, movies, music, cars, etc but no ones for the GLBT community yet. I'd be happy to edit in photoshop and convert FSM to 480 x 272 jpeg format that fits the PSP so it can be posted on PSP magazine distributing sites and read by PSP owners. =)
PSP magazines are getting thousands of downloads each now, so I reckon it's a viable format.

I can provide you with the magazine's masters and the needed software to rearrange the pages. Yes, it would be very nice.

That would be great! The only software needed is Photoshop CS3, which I already have. =) So I'd only need the content and I could make an nice layout you can approve that it can all be put into.

Late reply, I know.
I am not too familiarized with MySpace banners, but give me a size and I'll design and post them here (if no one does it first)
