For you guys, do your balls usually hang lower, or does your penis.

personally, my penis hangs lower almost all the time than my balls. is this how everyone is here?

Well it depends on the tempature.

Ok...errrm....:icon_redf Your testicles have to be at a certain temperature to do their work. This temperature is slightly below body temperature. If your body senses that your testicles' temperature is too high, the scrotal sac relaxes and the testicles hang lower, ie away from the warmth of the body. The opposite occurs when the temperature is too low. The scrotal sac shrinks, bringing the testicles closer to the body for warmth.

So, as the others have said, it really does depend on the temperature. That said, we all come in differing shapes and sizes so even without the above some scrotal sacs will be longer than others.
