So I was talking to my friend on aim and well I was gonna tell her because I really wanted to but every time I try in person I cant seem to get the words out so I decied why not try. But then I changed my mind and she asked wat it was I wanted to tell her I just saied I changed my myspace song, she asked if that was it and I said yea, but then I wrote how I was gay and not to tell anyone ( which Im sure she'll try her sister but thats ok because Im best friends with her sister too, they're twins, and I know she probably wont tell anyone else) but I didnt send it I just wrote it because I heard once that writing letters and emails and stuff and not sending them helps people. Then I acciedently hit send, then before she even replied i sign off aim because i freaked out. So yea, I think Im out to my friend. ( I should probably talk to her)

kudos on the Billy Joel song,great tune. Isn't weird how after coming-out to certain people its almost like it didn't happen?That's how it was with my sister and my mom,we were all so close that it was just like a new thing to add on.You'll notice that with the closer people;they don't really care(or wont freak)becaue they already know who you are. The exception to that is parents sometimes. Are your parents liberal-ish or are they like, right-wing fanatics?

With each friend you tell..........your confidence will grow.........then you'll have the friends with "loose lips". I was pissed at first but later refered to them as "helpers" cause eventually I came out to the folks they spoke to as well. You'll continue to be suprised by the support you receive from those you might least expect.

Truth is, you will have your share of "Hi's" & "Low's" totally normal..........yup! just like ridin a roller coaster! Good news is.........you're coming out in the City that was first to openly embrace the gay & lesbian lifestyle. (read more about the Stonewall riots of the 70's) You're a lucky man!!
