i normally wouldnt post about something medical, especially stupid as this.
its just that i am ALWAYS tired.
like... im sleeping enough at night and everything.
i just dont have any ambition or drive for anything anymore.
id rather just sleep.

i dont really know how to explain it.
do you think it could just be like... a kind of winter depression?
is that possible?
i really do hate winter. i miss the sun alot. hahah.
the only reason i say this is because a teacher metioned it/asked me about it.

could it be depression or stress or something?

i just went through that where i just couldn't help but sleep sleep sleep.
Everyone told me it's mostly caused by stress and/or depression.
If your depressed and/or going through a stressful time then that would be your best bet.

Okay, well you say it's winter. That probably means you don't see a lot of sun. I had that problem too, but mine was slightly different. I'm Vitamin D deficient, which means I can't absorb calcium into my body, so my body has to work a lot harder to absorb it. this makes me tired all the time.
Also, depending on how many leafy vegies and red meats you eat, you could be an Iron Deficient Anaemic. It's a bit rarer in men to be Iron Deficient Anaemic, its far more common in young girls, for obvious reasons.
My advice it to try and keep your body clock from falling into a pattern where you sleep all the time. go to bed at say, 9/9:30, and wake up at 7 am every day. this will help your body regulate itself, because sometimes, too much sleep makes you tired.
Go and see your GP to get some blood tests done and a physical. :)

There is a possibility that it can be some form of depression or something, or you're just wishing summer would get here. Lol. Maybe go to the doctor and talk to it, I'm sure everything can be fixed. I wouldn't worry about it too much.

I suppose it's worth asking yourself whether you're happy at the moment or not, if not then depression could possibly be one of the causes. Although on saying that, are you just running yourself a little too hard? I know I'm always tired, but that;s because apart from when I sleep my life is pretty fast paced and hectic.. so perhaps your body just doesn't have enough time to refresh.

I have this issue...I think I have mild depression though, so it could be part of that.

Being tired has many causes. If you're a bit depressed too, it could be depression or seasonal affective disorder (depressed in the winter). However, there are also many biological causes. One being not getting enough sleep (sounds silly, I know, but many people don't get enough but don't realize it and then end up tired). Others include anemia, hypothyroidism or viruses (like mono... I had it and was dead tired for months and I just thought I was tired LOL). Best is to go to your doctor and get the medical ones checked. It's an easy blood test.
