hi I just wrote a reply in the jayhew funeral thread and I thought it would be better for me to have a formal introduction.

I am Jerrys God-Daughter. Introduced to this site by his wonderful partner. I am very excited to be a part of EC. I have been trying to read some of the posts that jerry had done, but can only do that for a little bit of time. However I am looking forward to getting to know this site and its members. I know this was a place full of people that Jerry really cared about, and for that I am really happy to be in here. THanks~

Welcome AK - funny - I saw the thread title and before I clicked on it I wondered to myself if there might be any connection to Jerry or Dan. I also just broke off typing this to read your beautiful response in the "Funeral" thread.

I am so sorry for your loss, Jerry was a wonderful person who helped just about everyone here. We were all very upset by his sudden demise. His posts were always insightfull, informative, reassuring and kind, he must have been a lovely person to know in person.
