Weirdest ways to Come out

Ok - This stems from something mentioned in another post.

What are some of the weirdest/extreme, yet potentially useful ways of coming out to your friends or anyone really...

Something along the lines of :

Writing it on a T-shirt and wearing it infront of your friends
Making out with a guy at school
Mentioning it in a speach infront of your year level.

I can't think of anything to add except a story.

When I told friend A that I was planning to come out to friend B, A encouraged me to fake a scenario. A (who already knew my sexuality) encouraged me to "come out" to himself and B at the same time, making B think that A didn't know. Then, directly after "coming out" to both of them, A wanted to pretend he's extremely angry at me by yelling and throwing a tantrum. I would have liked to see B's reaction to this, but I didn't followthrough because of a complicating factor: B liked me, and I wanted to sincerely explain why I didn't like her. It could have been fun. :icon_sad:

When I started my previous job I made a point of finding out who the company gossip was, catching her at the coffee machine and steering the conversation in that direction (not difficult). Within a couple of days most of the place knew, which was exactly what I hoped would happen!

Not exactly weird, but a bit different and very effective.

I have to say, I would have never thought about that. Of course, I've never actually been in that situation and/or been "out" yet, but I'll have to remember that.

I know that world-of-mouth can be very effective. Interesting way to tap into that...

Like those shirts too. Just got myself an embroidered baseball cap in nice orange letters on black, "Str8t Acting" which I've been wearing around town (but not to work). My gay friend from Iran got a kick out of it.:lol:

o and for me one bitch made a phony yahoo personals profile and made copies and passed it around the skool. and another took my convo of coming out to her and sent it in an email around the skool -_- it sucked.
