Would you mind adding this smilie ( http://67.18.37.14/html/emoticons/dry.gif ) (or a 'dry' one like it) to EC? I swear I've used it at least 4-5 times so far (it's one from my own board, hosted by Invisionfree (http://invisionfree.com), not sure if you'd need permission to use it).

Thanks

It's a generic smilie so you wouldn't need permission to use it. I shall look it to it
(and by that I mean "poke Paul until he does it").

Ouch!!

I'll do it later (off to work in a moment). Remind me in a day or so if I forget.....

You sure it was added? I see the option, but not the picture.

It shows OK for me - top left corner of the smilies box. See attachment.

I had to add it a slightly odd way though, because the normal method in the forum admin panel wouldn't work for me.

Hmmm...

I have a theory of why it appears for you to and not me. Did you upload it somewhere in a forum that only the mods/admin can see? I looked at the page source, tried to look at the smilie via its url, and got an error message saying "i don't have permission to view this page."

Hmm, vBulletin must be set up differently than Invision Power Board...

If that's what you did, try using the one I attached to this post, instead.

Yes I did, so that's probably the problem. Good thinking! :) I'll take care of it now....

I think it is due to how the server has been configured. I should be able to upload smilies from the admin area, but I get an error due (I think) to the smilie directory not being writable. I don't have FTP/whatever access to the server to fix that or upload the file directly.

I will upload it to emptyclosets.net (which I have registered and have access to) and link it from there instead.

OK, how's that now?

Not , but :icon_bigg. Thanks!
