Sorry, I didn't know where to put this but if the mods move it then that's okay.

've been branching out over the past 2 years and I've fallen in love with a lot of music but its music thats similar to each other but I have no idea what genre its in.

Maybe you could name some of the stuff you like, and we can point you in the right direction.

You might not know all of them but here goes nothing.

    -Daughter
    -kodaline
    -kyla la grange
    -Gabrielle Aplin
    -Kate McGill
    -Leslie clio
    -Charlene Soraia
    -Passenger
    -Benjamin Francis Leftwich

These are mainly artists from the UK by the way. I've been getting into a lot of these kinds of artists from the UK because they are amazing

Given that I'm from the UK, I really should have heard of at least one of those, lol. But nope. I'm sure someone else can help you though.

Look up the Wikipedia of these bands or singers and you'll figure out what genre they are.

Daughter for example is described as "indie folk".

hahaha these artists are not really well known. They have EP albums out but they aren't big on the radio.

Kodaline and Passenger. I thought maybe you would have heard of them but I guess not.
I could leave a few videos up if you wish to listen for a few secs

Well, I'd have to say alternative, with a little rock and a little folk.

You might want to try Moulettes. They're a little more folk than most of yours, but meh. I like them. My best friend got me into them, and they currently hold the title for the only music I ever legally purchased.
