- Got back into reading The Crossing, earnestly.
- Rewatched Lifeboat for the first time in a few years.
- Talking/catching up with friends on EC.
- Made a list of stuff to 'accomplish' during the day and did most, if not all, of it to some degree.
- Um....felt less blah than usual?

 

1. I had a good workout.
2. My uncle and his family that live in Germany are visiting my relatives the next week or so, so I got to see them.
3. I went to the outlet mall, and everything in Banana Republic was 50% off, so I bought some shirts from there, and then I went to the Polo store and bought a new oxford shirt!
4. Listened to some really cool music today (the black keys, Donovan, bruno mars, the mamas and the papas, and adele)
5. I watched some really funny YouTube videos.

 

1. Knowing that they are going to have an Interstate 2 in Texas by the summer (this now being the lowest numbered interstate highway in the U.S. after I-4 in Florida)
2. My dog! (who is absolutely adorable )
3. The rain which we needed
4. Talking to my boyfriend
5. Watching programs that I like on Youtube

 

1- Wasn't hit by a car
2- Discovered Steve Grand and his assets
3- Cookie dough ice cream is fucking delicious
4- Younger sisters were surprisingly well behaved.
5- Found a local transgender support group through the Trevor Hotline

 

-going to a nice restaurant and having lunch with my family
-tried a chocolate mousse dessert and loved it
-was able to sleep until ten o'clock
-read for over an hour and got that much closer to finishing a book that has taken me over two months (for some odd reason) to read
-possibly hinting to a friend my sexuality

2. I had really good chicken pot pie
3. I made a new friend from Thailand
4. I convinced another friend to come join EC.
5. I talked with my boyfriend

 

1/ decent coffee this morning at my favourite café ... ( tip: if you cannot live without good coffee, don't go to Bali for a week for your birthday)
2/beautiful weather today even though it's the middle of winter
3/the pleasant surprise that comes when you had completely forgotten that your employer provides everyone a gift voucher for their birthday
4/ first day back at work after a week off... great to catch up with everyone
5/lost count of the 'You just turned FIFTY ?! are you fucking kidding me? You look great!' comments from various people.
