So i was watching the little ceasers commercial for the hot n ready deal, and the guy is the there with a broken arm raised up like a good field goal. He grabs for his money in his pocket without the broken arm and finds none, so he literally sheds his cast and grabs the money in the pocket wit the broken armhttp:// http://m.youtube.com/index?&desktop_uri=%2F#/watch?v=0nyYz0f0ujo
I wouldn't know. I barely watch TV these days, unless its american TV shows in which the ads have been cut out.
Oh and here is a banned skittles commercial that will either make you laugh or feel disturbed.
Maybe I can answer your question with another question, are toy inventions today getting weirder and weirder? Your answer to that will be your answer to your question
I cracked up when I first saw these during the Super Bowls (I think they aired at different years). I swear Doritos has a gay obsession.
I think more and more advertisers are raising the bar on all levels to get a shock out of the audience. Its seems like its working. They have us talking about skittles and Doritos....

We're becoming more and more immune to the traditional advertising methods, so they have to ingrain themselves into our minds. Quite often by enforcing the idea of what masculinity and femininity should be, or by using humour, music or shock, all of which are easily imprinted.
You know what? I was totally wondering the same thing. It does seem like commercials are just bizarre anymore.
