B) Its filed under comedy C) The guy who posted the video concedes in the comments that its not a serious video D) She does talk about expensive holidays and sky E) The point is made that the woman talking is an actor Its a parody. If I'm stating the obvious and everyone else has already grasped this fact, then sorry. Internet doesn't really convey the tone of voice.
She says "It's confirmed. I'm a lazy cow". After that I guessed it was a parody and stopped watching.
