Well how old are you? I didn't feel real love until I was 16. You honestly won't know that it's love until you are smacked in the face so hard with it that it's undeniable. It's not to be confused with infatuation, which is intense, but way less mature. Infatuation is a time where you don't see any flaws, whereas love is the acceptance of said flaws. Other people probably have a better way of putting it.
I don't think there's anything like love. But you don't know until you know, which I know sounds pretty confusing, but it's really not. However, I have to point out that when you're desperately searching for love, everything will seem like any preconceived idea you have of what love is. I think Abbra explained it pretty well. When you're infatuated with someone, you either don't see or completely ignore their flaws. Love not only sees those flaws but accepts them as well.
