The Question says it all, I myself hate Sport & I am living in a Country that is obsessed with Sport, they let it run over interrupting other peoples favorite TV Programs & they some times take them programs off because the Sports program has run over to extra time, so if not ban it then, maybe not give it such a high priority as not everyone is a Big Sports fan, what do you think?

No: I think that's a ridiculous suggestion, and I'm not a fan of sport.

I don't really watch enough television to notice its presence. I wouldn't ban it in any case... I wish there was some more variation at least. ^-^

Well sports don't interest me much either but I respect that other people get enjoyment from it. I don't believe in actually banning things from TV, however, some channels sure could benefit from it. I don't know how it is in other countries, but the reality tv invasion has been pretty bad in America. They don't even have history on History Channel anymore. :tantrum:

No I love sport on tv (hate playing it). I will fight against any attempt to ban sport on tv.

    What? No.

That was my initial reaction. Then I read your post. Maybe there could be some changes made so that it doesn't cut off regular programming but I think a ban may be a wee bit harsh.

I Know! Not that I'm trying to derail the thread but I miss the old history channel. :tears:

Pah! All the sport's being put on satellite networks by billionaire who want to be trillionaires so no one can watch it. Which I think is a much bigger bugger in my opinion than sport, which tends to be on on weekend afternoons when people who don't want to watch the sport can go and actually do more productive things. I mean, I moan that some sports are always on, but just because I don't like them, doesn't mean that I want them off entirely. -.- sounds a lot like gay marriage to be honest....

I love sport on telly, i love the tennis, the fitba, the snooker, the rugby... Alot of people hate the soaps, probably in relative proportion to those who hate sport. I have never called for the nation to be deprived of peggy mitchell

I also hate sports, but I wouldn't ban them from TV. I'd just move them all to their own separate channel, if anything.

No. I don't like sport, it bores me, but I'm not about to go around censoring other people's entertainment. Though it would be nice if they didn't cut other programming. I generally think they should confine sport to (free) sports channels.

It wouldn't affect me. I personally find the entire concept of sports stupid, but that's my opinion.

As much as banning rapeball seems like an interesting idea, I don't advocate banning certain types of broadcasts.
