    Despite my overnight in hospital this week, my boyfriend is making me celebrate a bit. I have just realised it has been a month since I last hurt myself . I am trying my best not to relapse into it.

    So I am eating chocolate and stuff.

    Congrats! It's been about a week for me without SH, so that does deserve some celebration! I do know how hard it is to quit, since at one point you're like "Yeah, I'm all fine" and before you know it, everything's down the toilet.

    Iv stopped for over a year now,and then 2days ago I cut again,feel like everything was for nothing,now its back to covering up my arms.why did u over night in hospital if u don't mind me asking?
