Mine was sleeping with my friend when we lived in Malaysia for a summer. He was obviously a guy and it was in a tent on a beech.

Why was this stupid? Malaysia still criminalizes homosexuality and we could have been locked up for a mandatory of 5 years and a few hundred canes (They use corporal punishment over there, if you wuss out they increase the jail time. The locals are more scared of the cane than jail) . And a Brit and an Australian getting arrested for that would probably spark an international incident over it as well.

Well, you can always look at the bright side, you weren't caught, Malaysia is at times, easy to corrupt and at least you weren't in Saudi Arabia or Iran.

The stupidest thing I've ever done is probably fall in love with someone at an early age, my grades really took a toll, and I'm beginning to lose that youthful innocence.

I have done a lot of stupid things, but a few I think about from time-to-time is:

A few rare and cheap suicide attempts

Blowing money on things I should not have

When I was younger I found an ad online to buy a car and responded and the guy told me where to meet and see the car. So, I drive a couple of hours into a bad part of Baltimore city and they didn't have a "car lot" like they let on to have, it was more like a back alley piece of property. I test drove the car and decided I wanted it. I then let them drive me to the bank (one was drinking a beer) and I used the ATM. So, essentially I went into a neighborhood that has a terrible reputation, got into the car with two strangers, one drinking and used the ATM (they could have put a gun to my head and said "take all your money out" and drove me anywhere. Glad I more mature than that now.

That's a really deep statement. I'm on the flip side of it - I haven't gone out with anyone and I feel younger somehow than my peers.

The stupidest thing I've ever done is cut off my eyebrows when I was little.

I'm glad you found that deep, I appreciate it when people say that to me. Which is a rarity.

I shaved my right eyebrow when I was 7 as well.

Writing down that I'd been sexually abused.

    Letting friendships fade.

Eating all that cake on my fourth birthday. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

Trusting my parents to act in my best interest. That has proven to be a mistake, incredibly so.

Absolutely, positively, YES. But they wonder why I'm a narcissist. I learned it from them.

Letting someone control and abuse me who then left me and crushed me. I agree with the statement of not falling in love young because the only thing it does is lead to heartache.

His name was Raymond. Enough said.

  17. Allowing myself to be too permissive with a clingy, advantageous friend. I could have saved myself tons of drama.

Not working hard enough. I should have realized earlier that I'm not naturally gifted in anything. In my eyes, I should have worked myself to the ground to achieve my goals, but I didn't. Now I'm stuck in a rut.

Being complacent. I could go into more detail about a specific occasion but I think that that covers the majority of stupid things I've done in my lifetime.
