Yes, I watch/look at porn. I would never pay for it, but I like free porn sites and gay porn Tumblr blogs, which really gather a lot of interesting material in the field of sexual exploration.

And I actually prefer these to paid porn, because I like authentic amateur porn with real people and couples expressing genuine sexual attraction and union with each other and sometimes even love.

I HATE professional porn with the annoying sleazy music in the background and stupid fake storylines and role-playing.

Also I kinda hate straight porn (and lesbian porn) because most of it is so blatantly fake and inauthentic, you can tell the performers (especially the women) aren't really enjoying it. (Also there's the whole "all women in porn are oppressed victims" line of thought, from which I escape guilt since my reaction to seeing a woman in porn is "what's the woman doing in my gay porn? )

While I agree with john1b1 that some porn can be sleazy and vulgar (and I dislike that sort of porn), I think it is a mistake to write off all pornography with the implication that sex is inherently sleazy and vulgar. There can be a fine line between art and sleaze.

I think we need to shake off the attitude that encourages stigma and shame among people who enjoy watching or performing in or masturbating to pornography, which is an overwhelming majority of the population, especially among males. There's nothing to be ashamed of about being sex-positive and in tune with one's sexuality. Natural human experiences like sex and nudity should not be things that provoke shame.
