I don't know if I like him that much, sometimes I worry that he is giving LGBT a bad stereotype and he never seems to be satisfied. Its like the equal marriage bill, instead of celebrating that same sex people can now get married in England he complains about some minor clause (mostly due to CofE bigotry)
Peter Tatchell has had an enormously positive impact on my life as a gay man in the UK. I agree that he sometimes seems a little OTT, but sometimes it does take a sledgehammer to crack a nut. On balance I think PT has had a very positive influence on progressive pro-gay thinking in British politics.
