Homophobic Attack Update

    To any of you that remember about the dispute between my 2 Neighbors, the Old Homophobic Guy & the Young Gay Guy, if you remember the Young Guy reported the Old Guy for Antisocial Behavior to the Council & the Older Guy confronted him & beat him with a Cosh, the Young Guy reported him to the Police & the Council, but the Authorities took the Old Guys side & he got away with it & every time he went past the Young Guys Home, he would shout Homophobic Abuse through his Letterbox & so would his Daughter!

    Well the Young Guy kicked up a stink at the Council & told them about the Homophobic Abuse & they agreed to let him have some recording equipment, he was able to record further Homophobic Abuse & handed it over to the Council & they confronted the Older Guy, who then went back around the Young Guys home & beat him up again with the Cosh, the Young Guy called the Police & the Older Guy was arrested again & this time he was charged!

    Well the Older Guy went to Court the other Day & was given a 5 Year Restraining Order to stay away from the Neighborhood, 100 hours Community Service Hours & a 2 Year Suspended Prison Sentence, The Older Guy has now moved out of his Home Today as he cannot live in the Neighborhood for 5 Years, his Family moved him out today!

    The Council should have taken this seriously to begin with...but finally!

    I'm glad the situation has is hopefully under control. I can't understand why the local Council didn't act quicker, and I hope the older guy doesn't send someone else to do his dirty work.
    What gets me is the lengths people go to in harassing others. Why on earth does the older guy think he has the right to continually have a go at another human being? Just angers me.

    Man... good to hear that got resolved. It's so maddening to hear that kind of stuff happen, and that the perpetrator(s) get away with it. Well, not this time, anyway. But, still, it's a relief.

    Thats good news, I feel sorry for the young guy and hope he is well. That old guy sounds like a nuisance and one of those people that brings society down. He should be removed from society all together.
